How long does a site take?
Starter usually launches in 1–2 weeks, Professional in 2–3, Premium in 3–4 — depending on how quickly content and feedback come back.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. The monthly plan is optional. You can take the finished site and host it yourself.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, content and site files belong to your business.
How does payment work?
Typically a 50% deposit to start and the balance at launch. Online card payment isn't switched on yet — invoices are sent directly for now.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee search rankings or a number of leads. We build a site that follows good practice and is easy to contact you through.
Are the portfolio pieces real clients?
No. They're clearly labeled concept demos showing the style and structure we build. DaxNDash is a new business, and we won't invent clients or testimonials.
What's in the free audit?
A short written review of your current site: mobile layout, load speed, how easy it is to call or request a quote, and basic local SEO. No obligation.
